Yes, I think death penalty should be given to corrupt offenders because it will serve an a means of discouraging corrupt leaders.
Yes oooo, death should be a penalty. If this can be added to our to Nigeria judgement book or penalty book just like everyone knows that if you kill you will be killed then everyone will avoid corruption by force. DEATH should be a penalty
